1) How can i pay for my order? 

             We accept payments from all major Credit Card companies (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular bank account payments), including PayPal. But you still can do it by E-mail or by Phone.

 

2) When Will My Purchase be shipped?

              Items that are in stock and readily made will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

 

3) If ordered item not in stock?

               Our items can sell out within hours and we may not be able to restock them. However, if there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email us at pedro@pinebrackets.com, or contact us by phone, with a list of items so that you can be properly attended to have your concerns resolved as quickly as possible.

 

4) How much weight can the brackets hold?

                 Each bracket is able to hold up 100 lbs.

 

5) What days are you guys open?

                 We works Monday to Friday for delivery. But the orders will still be received Any Time, 24/7.
